Helen was enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable. She had many stories from her own experience and either knew the answers to our questions, or got them by the end of the final sessions.

I very much enjoyed the session and am much calmer as I have a better understanding of what I have to do next in preparation for my live assessment. Would have liked a little bit more time on the Mock EPA. And an example of how to fill in the Evidence Locator.
