Useful information with examples from discussion with others
The first part of the day felt very repetitive, we had gone over this theory a couple of times before. I understand the theory may cover a variety of subject but it can become a little repetitive.
Interesting day and good to mix with other people outside of my own organisation
I just want to say how great Mark was. He has taken one of my workshops before and I find him really engaging and a great support.
The instructor did well to introduce multiple challenging topics. Good intro to the module. Several models to use in work.
Training was based at fire service building so all aware of exits etc. Trainer was extremely helpful and resolved problems quickly and efficiently. Trainer was excellent
