Having not done the course for a while it was informative and does get you thinking about the way we do things at work and the way things may need improvement .
Venue was very good. Bright, clean and well laid out. Meals were of high standard. Instructors were informative and helpful. An enjoyable course.

The course is well structured. Our lecturer Steve is experienced, knowledgeable and a truly nice guy :) I would say that the naming of the equipment could be shorter e.g TX 1 as opposed to Transformer 1 etc as I couldn't fit full addresses on the permits or switching schedules :(
