I found Tim to be exceptionally good at all aspects of the industry and I like the way he simplifies complicated stuff for easier digestion.

Tim is a great tutor, explains the unexplainable! Repeats certain information over and over to let it sink in.

Tutor was very good, and very helpful. The course was very thorough and helped me gain a good understanding about F-gas and how refrigeration works in general.

Excellent course , Tim was superb, he explained all of the aspects of the subject in as many different ways as necessary for all of the pupils to be able to fully understand the subject matter. I will definitely recommend.

Exam on course theory had some questions worded in a confusing way and even though they were covered by the course answers were not clear. As well after exam it would be beneficial if feedback from exam involves discussion on exam that presents correct answers.

Very supportive administrative staff. Tutor was found to be a very valuable asset for the institute for his experience and teaching quality. Venue was spacious, fully equipped and with good availability of parking spaces. Overall it was a full satisfaction to do the course from here.
