Thank you very much for the Life Skills course. The course was very helpful. The only suggestion I could make is to make all the materials that are to be printed or downloaded available at the beginning of the course.

A good introduction on the basics that will appeal to most people from teenagers to those from non-english speaking backgrounds.

Without doubt Mr Sykes is extremely knowledgeable about the topic in question. He has put a lot of thought and effort into each module . All the salient points have been covered in a way, that one can easily remember and practise. Despite being an online course, the way the modules were presented felt like a face to face course. The modules are delivered at a pace which permit note taking and thought . The modules/ videos are of the right length not to lose focus. Mr Sykes adds more of a humane touch to the course when giving practical examples based on his personal experience.

I'm so glad i took up this course. It has given me a great insight about Etiquette, Manners, Art of conversation, dining etiquette. I thank Philip for giving us such a great content at an affordable price.

Generally very pleased, though the course was a little shorter than expected as was the assessment. Some American words were used instead of British English. The introduction and module 1 seemed addressed to people visiting the U.K. from other countries.
