George was absolutely brilliant, this has made the training one of the best I have been on in a while.

Enjoyed

The course overall was so engaging, George was extremely interesting and approachable, I have been to many generic customer courses and have always been bored or found it very basic, this was very very insightful on a higher level which I believe will hugely help in our day to day lives. More of the ‘why’ which I find to be far more constructive than the ‘what’
