David carried out this course excellently today - it flowed perfectly at a nice pace and he tailored adequate break times throughout the course of the day. The course would have been better face to face but David delivered the course very professionally. I learnt a lot and it was a good refresher. It was good to learn about new products. I especially enjoyed the practical video on getti g a patient off the floor.
The layout of the course was very good, the content relevant and interesting. Overall I am very pleased with the training today. David Frankton guided us with mastership. Thank you!
