I think it’s testament to Sarah’s style and delivery that we all stayed fully engaged for the entirety of the course on a hot Friday afternoon! I loved the interaction and group exercise. It was pitched perfectly. Thank you so much as I definitely now have a much better foundation in insurance than I had this morning before I did the training!

This was a really good introductory course, providing a great overview of the insurance market and explaining a lot of the jargon and acronyms which people often find confusing. Its also highly interactive, getting everyone involved all the way through.
