At times the course content was very heavy on jargon that is not always easy to follow. It was as a result difficult to relate it to our business at each step. The best parts of the course were the Q&A sessions and conversations that resulted. Dave was very generous with his time and that was appreciated.

Great starting point to working out a more efficient way to manage our workloads.

The content was great as was the trainer, however, it was a lot to fit into the time given especially when doing online. I think breaking it into smaller 2 day courses e.g. PM/Agile, Agile/SCRUM, Agile/Kanban etc. would be goodI would suggest incorporating tools such as Mural or Miro to help with interactivity.

Really enjoyed the course. Found it very useful and engaging.
