Phil is a very engaging and assuring teacher, he put me at ease and helped me get to grips with the course despite lack of confidence in some areas.

Fantastic I had Phil as my lecturer he was brilliant gave all the information needed is a very laid back but professional way nothing was to much trouble for him and endless patience

The instructor (phil) was very supportive and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the subject. The practical exercises on the switchgear were particularly beneficial, offering hands-on on experience that reinforced the theoretical knowledge and prepared the trainee for real-world applications. The training center facilities and course materials were commendable, though providing the power point presentation to trainees would greatly enhance the learning experience, and having access to this materials would be highly appreciated.
