Lovely personality, great communication, and deliverable of the content. Great that we are all involved with the activities despite dreading it, but Sam managed to make it fun.

Course was excellent and very informative albeit alot of content covered in 2 days. Samantha’s real world situations, explanations and examples were superb and supported the content.

I cannot express how beneficial and motivational I found this course! Claire was a fabulous trainer who professionally navigated the course whilst also being friendly and personal. Both the course content and the method of delivery were flawless, and I left the course feeling excited and with an arsenal of tools to take back to the business which I plan to implement & share with my team. I would highly recommend this course to any business wanting to provide their employees with the tools to become inspirational leaders and effective managers. A truely excellent and worthwhile course!

All the course has relevant information you can use in the office with your team. Very engaging a very good way to learn and remember what you've learnt.
