Richard’s patient, knowledgeable teaching is the course’s clearest strength: attendees value his ability to break down complex material, rephrase explanations and answer questions until everyone understands. They describe the sessions as professional, friendly and often humorous, with a manageable pace, clear instructions, handouts, extra examples and supervised practice that make drawings, scenarios and responsibilities easier to apply. The learning builds confidence for the role and exam, although some find the content dense within the available time.
