Course was good, informative, as some things have been added since my last refresher course. Richard was informative, Light hearted with his tutoring and didn't bombard us with lots of information all at once.

FOUND THE TRAINER TO BE OPEN TO QUESTIONS. AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. WELL DONE. DID NOT DO BOOKING, OR PAYMENT. WAS UNABLE TO CONTINUE TILL ADDING STARS BELOW.
