Excellent course, lots of info in one day. More in depth training would have been helpful, offering clear and concise questions as well as teaching how to generate your own questions.

Overall, this was a very positive course as it helps to build the mindset when interacting in sales activities. There is no one glove fits all in sales techniques but being able to gauge the prospect and convert them from a lead into a customer was useful to know

Trainer had good answer to some of the difficulty, I faced daily. He let us decide where we spend our time, things that were more relevant we spent more time on.
