The trainer, Ryan, was fantastic. Really approachable and patient even when it took me a while to grasp things. Felt really engaged throughout both days and he was clear in his explanation of the content and layout of the course. Some of the course materials could do with updating as they are now obsolete but Ryan made sure to highlight where this was the case so that we understood the updates.
