The instructor Rich Lea was fantastic, he kept the course running smoothly throughout the morning and kept his students attention on what could of been a hard slog. we were taught the basics of TM which is what it said on the tin!
The course was very educational,instructor was very open and helpful. I would work him again very knowledgeable and have load's of experience. Very grateful for having alan as my instructor.
