LBTC is a great team and the experience before and during the class was brilliant. I felt really the customer focus. I could only suggest having more balance in the knowledge of participants to avoid frustration. Maybe some “prerequisites” in terms of skills and knowledge might help to achieve this goal.

This was a very useful course to embed the theory and I will go back to the course material often to ensure I am following the process in my daily work on delivering change projects.
