First time at the new location. Facilities ideal, parking improvement & overall great experience.
Keith is a very good instructor. A lot of hands on practices made me more confident in providing the First Aid at work if it is required (hopefully not !) His knowledge and enthusiasm for First Aid is great.
Enjoyable, great energy and knowledge from the instructor Keith
Very fun and interactive course with lots of practical elements, found the information to be very clear and well presented
Course could probably be shorter. Facilities are great. Very clean.
Richard was a great trainer, just felt in some cases the pace could have been a little quicker. Lunch no where near as good as previous when in Bathgate
Don't change anything about the course. Always an excellent company to get training from
Fantastic course as usual . Keith presented brilliantly explaining everything in an informal way that made it easier to understand.
Keith was an amazing teacher. Made the course most enjoyable whilst refreshing our skills. Highly recommend the refresher and it's certainly jogged my memory overall. Thanks again.
Excellent new premises. Very well presented course by instructor. (Keith)
