Enjoyable, great energy and knowledge from the instructor Keith
Very fun and interactive course with lots of practical elements, found the information to be very clear and well presented
Keith is a very good instructor. A lot of hands on practices made me more confident in providing the First Aid at work if it is required (hopefully not !) His knowledge and enthusiasm for First Aid is great.
Course could probably be shorter. Facilities are great. Very clean.
Richard was a great trainer, just felt in some cases the pace could have been a little quicker. Lunch no where near as good as previous when in Bathgate

Refresh cse. Did the cse with Keith found it refreshed all the old retained knowledge and made us aware of changes. Keith brings a great sense of humour to a dull subject aswell as personal experiences this makes for a good steady flow with the work.
