It was a hugely engaging and informative training session.There was a very good balance between group activities and delivery of information by the trainer.I would recommend it to all levels of management.

The practical training playing out various scenarios / using negotiation skills was so much more beneficial than reading theory from a textbook....course excellent and trainer constantly related the learning experience back to our actual work situation.
