Great content and delivery, parts seem more idealist than practical but I acknowledge shooting for the ideal is the only way to get close to it

I love the course and our excellent coach Anne. My only suggestion is that the length of the course can be shortened as 2 days is a lot for the attendees and it becomes more and more difficult to concentrate.
