I thought the Trainers teaching manner was excellent...all questions asked were answered in a very knowledgeable manner.. he conducted himself in a polite, clear and courteous manner....the tools available, and the practical session layout were first class... the refreshments available were various and much appreciated... a pleasurable training experience from start to finish.
