ACI materials could have included more visuals and more hands-on exercises. Instructor supplemented these materials with his own, which was very helpful. Instructor was very engaging and knowledgeable in a variety of industries and settings.
Great course, instructor provided relevant examples.
Covered a lot in a short amont of time. I would have like to seen case studies in the material to keep for future reference.
Kathleen was one of the best instructors I've ever experienced in a training. She was articulate, kept a good pace and was personable and knowledgeable. She did not lose my attention during the 4 days. I also appreciated the interactive exercises to make the training relevant and applicable.
