The trainer (Brendan) built a good rapport with the trainees and kept it interesting by getting everyone involved with role plays and practical demonstrations.

Really informative and helpful. Brendan covered everything we could possibly encounter at work and more, I definitely learnt new things as well as recapping my current knowledge. He was really exuberant and made the refresher course something I would highly recommend to others.
