Practical, confidence-building delivery is the course’s clearest strength: attendees describe knowledgeable, friendly trainers who explain the reasoning clearly, answer questions thoroughly and keep sessions relaxed, humorous and engaging. They value the balance of theory, demonstrations, role play and hands-on practice, including realistic scenarios, and find the content easy to follow and relevant to work. The learning leaves them better prepared to act in first-aid situations.
