Very good delivery style and knowledge
Really well delivered by a great trainer.
Pam was a brilliant trainer, explaining every aspect in a simple and easy to understand way. Being able to have some practical examples was very useful. The venue was a really good space as well.
Informative enjoyable course with humour and laughs. Made the course less intense and more relaxed.
