Really engaging, diverse examples, practical exercises to keep attention and focus. A little challenging at times to consider applying to information management or service tasks, but useful principles and concepts.

Great interaction, I love the simulations examples to get us all involved and to apply the process. I’m excited to get started on our own projects now to apply everything even more!
