I am glad I attended the course. Well structured, simple language easy to understand, all concept/ tools on the course are very much applicable to used any project related to process improvement. The trainer was very much equipped with knowledge (he very much knew what he was talking about). Very friendly and made everybody feel comfortable. It was just excellent.
Very good and informative training with templates and cheat sheets provided for future use.

Very interesting course on Lean 6 sigma. Interesting to see how it will work in a very legal area where steps have to be followed.

There was some work on flip charts that could have been on slides and feel i didn’t capture all content
