We had a two days BLS and AED Train the Trainer cource. It was informative professional but felt really personal. The skills we learned will help me to deliver more effective training on the future.
I found the course useful and I learnt from the practical sessions. However, some of the guidance, particularly around the micro-teach, was confusing and seemed to change during the course. I am happy to receive corrections and I want to learn and improve. However, at times I found the way feedback was given difficult. During the choking practice, I was trying to correct my technique following the trainer's instructions, but my reaction was interpreted as being reactive and rolling my eyes. I felt I was not always given the opportunity to explain what I was trying to do. I would have benefited from clearer and more consistent instructions and a calmer approach when giving corrections.

The course was good but organisation from the company could have been a lot better.
