Thanks for a very valuable morning spent improving and consolidating my knowledge. The trainer Max was knowledgeable, organised, friendly and approachable. He delivered the course with confidence, and encouraged participation. You could see that Max had a genuine interest in the subject area which was evidenced by his enthusiasm throughout. The session provided me food for thought which will be used to develop my own personal practice and developmental work, support others in their role, and support the wider LA in considering our approach and actions. Great oversight and clarity on the AGNI judgement.

A great session, but there's so much to learn and its very broad - i would have scored higher in terms of knowledge after the training but there's actually more to come in terms of guidance/legislation so its difficult to give a 9 or 10 as there's more to come - facilitator was great, really involved me in the chat and led the group well to gather thoughts and enabled and encouraged discussion - that part was great! Plus, his knowledge of the subject matter was fantastic.
