I enjoyed the session and thought Helen created a very inclusive and open environment. The conversations and different perspectives from across the business were particularly valuable, and there were some really useful techniques that I can take away and would like to build into some of the audit work we’re doing. Naturally, not every aspect will feel applicable to everyone, but I wouldn’t expect it to given how different we all are. I actually thought the session managed that really well, as there was still a clear way to follow, reflect and take something personally relevant from it. I definitely came away with things I want to put into practice and develop further.
