Excellent, really informative course and well delivered by Simon.
A very well received day to discuss issues that we have been having in our Leadership Team for years! Learning to think about the “Why” we are having the meeting and dealing with waffle.
Simon was very flexible with the programme to allow us to focus on what was important to us as a team.
