I thought the course was well structured and allowed for good interaction. It addressed all the areas I was hoping it would, and I thought Sarah had a very professional and open presenting style, that allowed questions to be asked/discussed.
Very enjoyable course, with a good re-fresher on business writing skills. I liked the interaction with Sarah and felt the technology used emphasised the course. Thank you.
Sarah was excellent - very informative, I'll take a lot from the course. The interactive nature of it was very good and kept everyone engaged!
I found the course really interesting, Rob is a natural teacher, but also great at provoking further thoughts.
