Darren was amazing, everything was explained clearly, without him I don't think I would have passed my exam :)
Found Darren a really great tutor. He was very helpful and explained everything well. He constantly was checking with the group and always happy to answer questions. He also gave examples throughout to make it come to life. Even with being remote he was very engaging and one of the best tutors I have came across. Thank you for all your help and support it was greatly appreciated.

I found RO1 can be tricky to get your head round in understanding in depth of the regulatory side of Financial Services. Having the boot camp for the week was brilliant, very well structured, going through learning outcomes that were close in their subject matter rather than chapter by chapter like the book. The tutor was brilliant bringing the topics to life giving you a better overall understanding, answering questions daily with great knowledge and understanding.
Content could be more efficiently put together and more streamlined. textbook ould be more user friendly.
Sue was brilliant, super friendly and made the course fun and easy to take in!
Very informative, If there is something sue does not know then it is not worth knowing. Her knowledge on the industry is remarkable. She is an asset to the CII and if I get a similar course in the future I hope she leads it.
