Excelent in all areas of the course.

Great day course delivered professionally and personally. Pitched just at the right level for the participants. Been on a few courses over the years and not everyone can make them interesting. He engaged with and included everyone. Avtar's extensive knowledge of the subject is obvious and his sense of humour made the day interesting and put us at ease. Thankyou so much . I look forward to returning. Catering was fantastic and very welcome on the day. Communication with the customer is excellent.

After the initial booking being cancelled due to tutor illness with no replacement tutor available to cover the course was changed to another day and ran smoothly. The facilities on site were exactly as required, the course was delivered in a nice, friendly atmosphere with other students all willing to learn and chip in during discussions on the subject which made learning really easy on the day. Apart from losing my money on the hotel that was booked for the initial visit as it was too late notice to cancel everything was great and I would definitely recommend using your training facilities again in the future.
