Enjoyed it and found it helpful. Will look to put into practice over coming weeks. The scheduling to join future sessions is a challenge though as difficult to take full days, especially when options are bunched together.

Walked in fairly sceptical. Realisation: nice to put frameworks around what is already being done. Will certainly finesse techniques. It's all about incremental gains...
