Definitely made me think about the structure of my pitch and gave me the basis for adapting it to different personality types

Of the many courses of these types over the years this has been by far the best, they actually understood Rathbones and our roles and that we aren’t pushy salespeople. I wasn’t looking forward to 9-5 and felt it would drag/be tiring but it has been engaging with the day broken up well.
