A good day away from the desk to spend time updating and streamlining my business plan.

I liked the content and the interactions a lot. I think one under-appreciated but massively significant benefit was that we were from different backgrounds (IM, FP, Greenbank and seniority levels) and all got together in a room and we had an honest exchange about what works and does not work for us for business development.

Good balance instructor led and group participation

Very good and thought provoking course. I particularly enjoyed being able to learn good habits and behaviours from others in the room. Habitual activities is a concept I will take away.

Very slick presenters, thorough and measured responses. Particularly liked Marks sections.

Useful course adding value

Thanks for a really insightful and informative day. Would definitely recommend.

Overall very good, however, would suggest session 10-4 with lunch and one break. Could easily condense/speed up some of the slides to avoid it being an “all day session”. But on the whole very interesting training.
