Brilliant thanks Frans
Previously I had completed this course online during lockdown and this was my first time attending a face to face training. Frans made it easy to retain all the information he was giving, his lesson was interactive and interesting and he was personable and happy to answer questions. I feel satisfied that I've come away with a real depth of knowledge that will be usable should I ever find myself in an emergency situation with children.
Frans was great and explained everything better than any other course I’ve done. The only complaint I have is the room it was done in. It had no windows or ventilation and it was really stuffy and uncomfortable especially towards the end of the day.
