A very good day was had by all. Mr Miller's style is light, jovial and his presentation skills help get the information across without swamping you with information. Maybe a second day would be beneficial in regards to the hands-on drying cabinet interaction, as there was not a lot of time to practice the testing procedures, especially when the drying cabinet was not set up as correctly as we would have liked. Other than that, I had a good day.

In the course materials the paperwork referred to the standard as 16422 incorrectly on two occasions. Aside from that the materials were of a good standard and the course was well equipped to meet the needs of our staff.
