As above extremy personalised which is bizarre considering it’s a group course. The ability to express and be listened to and not be put in a box but be valued as a person with leadership skills and to encourage your understanding of techniques related to managing and listening to others was empowering and personally made me feel comfortable within myself and my abilities and what I can do to improve for me and others.
