Very good refresher training, helps to remember and update the skills and knowledge . Very cold room
Frans was clearly very knowledgeable and his examples helped to bring the course to life. A lot of material to cover in 2 days - quite intense.

Excellent trainer who explained issues on first aid very well. Also one particularly topic which I do commend him is on AED defibrillator, which I had been having problem with but on that particularly day, all was well explained and now I'm very confident to use the aed defibrillator.

The Training was good, but the venue was a bit horrible. The people next door was so loud that at times I could not hear matt the Teacher. The chairs were horrible to sit on, the next day I had back pain. Other than the above the course was soo good and interesting.
