A very good day. Trainer was very good and made the day enjoyable.
Content and presentation were absolutely spot on. Having been on many first aid courses Jim made it interesting and relevant, good job.

Needs to be proof read before hand, there was a lot of misspelt words and also questions that did not make sense without sitting and understanding the question being asked
a well balanced two day course, practical and coursework. very engaging
He will make you understand the importance of been a first aider and he will make you every one on the course understand what he was teaching
Great trainer and gives good examples. Venue ok but room was cluttered.
