Great course, very well presented and easy to understand .The trainer, Kev Thomson was exceptional, made all of us feel at ease and was very ready to explain anything we didn't understand fully.

It would be nice if there was paediatric section as most people taking the course, daily do first aid on children.

I feel that there is quite a lot to fit in to 2 days, 3 days would be better.

I found the FAAW course book provided very good, I will keep it at hand and use as a reference document to prevent skill fade, rather that the large FA Handbook issued by the HSE. The Trainer Neil Murray was very good indeed has a very good clear voice. His personal delivery of the prescribed course content using the Greencross Powerpoint slides was great keeping me interested in the course throughout. It would have been good if the Hotel offered a wider selection of basic food for lunchtime. The on tap drink facilities were good and when the machine failed staff provided excellent costa coffee service.
