I had a technical issue that I couldn't hear my teammates talk with the tutor. I could hear all the other members fine. Troubleshooting didn't help, issue persisted with mac work laptop Chrome and PC with Edge.
Very Satisfied - Real case studies (funeral fraud, Riviera Maya gang, covid identify theft. Live roleplay of bargain hardware was good, albeit would have been more engaging if we could interactively identify threats rather than just shout out answers. Group discission on group 1 was good. Mark the facilitator was engaging and encourage open discussion.
