The training went very and understandable. Learner we given chances to ask their questions. It was good idea to first had general knowledge online training. I realy appreciate it. Well done.

This course, as a refresh for people who already have experience in "manual and handling" to be just half day only for practicing, because the theory and assessment it is online on e-learning. Is to much 9 hours. For beginners it is perfect 9 hours. Hopefully my advice will be noted.

The course could have been a half day for a refresher course but a full day for beginners is what I would recommend.
