Very good training, the trainer is very good and gave us a great training.
I like the session and the teaching methods of Adrian Basford .
It was very knowledgeable and very easy to get on with, the teacher was also clear on everything that needed to be done.
The trainer Michael McGarail is superb and professional. I believe that there should be a topic regarding autism, since many of trainees will definitely work with autistic service users.
