I really enjoy the training session I got to learn a lot of things and the trainer was very patient and explain everything in details.

The trainer/ mentor was amazing and I really appreciated how Mrs. Susan Smith guided us answering all questions we had whilst also allowing us to think freely and flexibly. She also maintained good work balance allowing us breaks whilst also sticking to schedule! The venue was lackluster however and didn’t provide the proper equipment but it was in a lovely area and was quiet enough that I was able to focus. Plus shops were close for lunch.

The entire training was worth my while and the trainer was very easy going, approachable and communicated effectively. Her teaching pattern is commendable

I had an excellent experience with my care work course training center. The training was very well structured, clear, and practical. Everything I learned was directly useful for real workplace situations. A special thank you to our trainer Stephan—he was professional, patient, and very supportive throughout the course. He explained everything in detail, gave real-life examples, and made sure everyone understood before moving forward. His friendly approach and encouragement really boosted my confidence. I truly feel more prepared and skilled for my care work role because of this training. I highly recommend this center and especially trainer Stephan to anyone looking to build a strong foundation in care work.
