Very interactive I was able to stay awake even though I had not slept all night
A few technical issues but these were overcome adequately
Shabaz is very fantastic and the course is engaging, not boring at all.
Training started at 10am instead of 9.30. There should be a cut off time for lateness. Some dates of legislation were not up to date. Overall good training!
The trainer demonstrated good knowledge and skills and the group interaction was good. However he did not always look at the participants and was at times reading from a screen to his side. He also seemed to be unaware that at times the slides could not be seen or were too small. Im sure this can be improved with some practice.
