A few technical issues but these were overcome adequately
Shabaz is very fantastic and the course is engaging, not boring at all.
The trainer demonstrated good knowledge and skills and the group interaction was good. However he did not always look at the participants and was at times reading from a screen to his side. He also seemed to be unaware that at times the slides could not be seen or were too small. Im sure this can be improved with some practice.
Well delivered cause with plenty of real scenarios
Jackie presented the course well and kept up interest in the material
interesting and much information gained
